Colic remedy. I know this is going to sound crazy but it works. Dice up some onion. Boil it until pieces are clear. Let cool. Give a couple of teaspoons of the broth to baby.
Reason it works is onion is actually a member of the opiate family. Natural nerve calmer. It can also be used when the teething starts. Just peel off a piece of one layer. Tap with a knife to break the skin and get the juices flowing on the surface. Rub the juicy piece on the gums. Numbs the pain. No side effects beyond bad breath. It really does work. My sister and I cut our teeth on onion, and my kids cut theirs on it.

I just what to say thank you again to everyone. Thalia is such a joy to us and like Shawn said, who needs sleep. However I still would not want to go through 9 months of pregnancy. If I could go from finding out that I was pregnant straight to delivery I would do it again. Forget everything in between. Please feel free to come visit us anytime, Thalia loves seeing new faces and sounds. Or if you happen to be up at 3am give me a call. Once again thanks to everyone and all they have done for us.

Congratulations on your beautiful baby girl! This blog is so cool. It brings back many fond memories of when my daughter was born. Thalia is already blessed with wonderful parents. I hope that you enjoy every minute of your adventures in parenting her.
God Bless you all!
